Qatar Consol excels in this crucial part of any stone project. They prepare cutting lists methodically and with precision. The architect completes the stone drawings as the first stage, which allows him to visualize the project's dimensions, profiles, anchorage locations and visual aesthetics and, importantly, to pinpoint any layout mistakes or discrepancies. Once the cutting list is finalized, the architect vigilantly numbers each piece according to the order of setting and fabrication. This allows him to check all the measurements and location of details (including miters, bullnoses, quirk miters and so on). Then the cutting list is sent to the carefully selected fabricator, with whom Qatar Consol supervise closely. Together, they review it one more time to make sure that every measurement and detail location is clearly understood by the team. Upon the awarding of the contract, a senior member of Qatar Consol will visit the supplier for the sole purpose of the inspection of materials for the project. A set of the control samples for comparison will be brought with them for comparison to the materials held in stock. .

Transportation to the site will be by the most acceptable means. Crates / pallets will be unloaded carefully and moved with a pallet jack / forklift to the working / storage area. After receiving packaged materials on site, inspection for any damage, straining and discoloration will be done, ensuring that the materials shall be protected from damage and straining prior to installation.

The utmost responsibility for the correct and efficient performance of our Quality system falls on the General Management the latter counts on the support of the Technical Manager who acts as delegate and consultant engineer of the Management as far as Quality is concerned and is responsible for the management of the implemented system. The people responsible for and in charge of the company managements are who must identify the needs of the company resources in their corresponding operation areas and they are obliged to communicate them to the General Management so as to be provided with the appropriate resources.
